"I had an outstanding experience at this restaurant, largely due to the exceptional service. I ordered a cheeseburger pizza that was not only beautifully presented but also incredibly delicious. I couldn't quite understand some of the complaints I had seen; it seemed like a few patrons were just having an off day. However, I can't stress enough how remarkable the customer service was and how high-quality the pizza tasted; it was perfectly cooked. The staff collaborated seamlessly to ensure our food arrived promptly and met a high standard. I also appreciated their effective infection control measures, which made me feel safe. I'll definitely be returning for more, as the value for money is excellent. Miriam stood out in particular; she was an impressive team player, efficiently juggling phone orders while attending to our table. Her exceptional customer service skills, combined with her team’s dedication, made our visit truly enjoyable."

Last Sunday, I ordered a pizza for delivery, and it was simply inedible! It was dry, had barely any crust, and there was hardly any cheese or tomato sauce. I was really disappointed! I feel like I wasted 20 pounds!

As always, it was a wonderful experience! Just a quick tip: be sure to opt for curbside pickup. The only thing I found a bit off was that the pizza was slightly cold by the time I got home after my 3-minute drive. Incredible pizza and fantastic hospitality! Noff (I hope I've spelled that correctly) should really change his name from Mr. Pizza to Sir Pizza MBE (the MBE stands for services to pizza). Made fresh to order, the Christmas pizza was excellent, with generous toppings! They even sell Dr Pepper, which is undeniably the best beverage to pair with pizza. Plus, they were super quick in handling our last-minute group order. Bravo, Noff—top-notch food!

This is hands down the best pizza I've ever had, far surpassing all others. Their gluten-free pizza is the best I’ve ever tasted—highly recommend it! As for vegetarian options, my wife was absolutely amazed by them. The parking is super convenient, as there’s a lot right at Mr. Pizza. The atmosphere is kid-friendly; everyone is cheerful and they often treat the kids with sweets. I mostly ordered takeout for dinner, and the service was excellent.
