"The Eisdiele Primavera is located in the heart of Rottenburg, right on the market square. It has a huge outdoor terrace with magnificent views of the marketplace and the church. The many parasols offer a little shade, but also sun worshippers find a place here. In good weather, the ice salon is full and it can happen that you need to share your table with strangers. Personally, I don't think that's bad. If you cannot find a place, you can also simply put your ice cream on your hand and make it comfortable on the stairs of the church. The ice map is huge and you can find everything from fruit cup to banana slice to ice cream cafe. The service was friendly, but unfortunately a little slow. Our ice cream came only after a good quarter of an hour. On the side table even an order was forgotten. But I hope that was the exception. The ice cups are beautifully dressed and the fruit is really fresh and crisp. The ice cream also tasted very delicious. The prices for the ice cups are completely ok and are between 4.50€ and 6€. In addition to ice cream, other Italian dishes such as pizza and pasta are also offered. I didn't try that, but it smells really delicious and I just wanted to look around *g* Since the ice salon is located in the pedestrian zone, you cannot reach it by car. On foot and by bike is no problem. There is also a large bicycle stand right next to him. My personal plus: From Tübingen, this ice salon is wonderfully suitable as a bicycle tour destination... then take the calories you consume at least the same time:"

"We had reserved spontaneously, with 2 children (which now have not been fully compliant with restaurant). Got the room and everything was actually perfect. The food was outstanding, it starts at the salad and stops at the dessert, from the back to the front everything perfectly matched. The children were a bit too big. "Im Sportheim geht es rustikal zu, einfache Ausstattung und netter Außenbereich neben dem Fußballfeld. Kinder können draußen spielen, bis das Essen auf dem Tisch steht. Die Küche ist gehoben italienisch und in der Regel sehr lecker. Was immer klasse schmeckt sind die vielen verschiedenen Pizzen, alle Fisch- und Fleischgerichte. Wunderbare Festbuffets für Geburtstage, Konfirmation etc. kann man hier im Nebenzimmer genießen. Das Angebot für Vegetarier ist leider noch sehr bescheiden....Der Chef kocht selbst und sorgt mit seiner herzlichen Art dafür, dass sich alle Gäste wohl fühlen. Wir kommen gerne immer wieder!"

"Edit: nach etlichen Besuchen in den letzten Jahren, mussten wir neulich leider eine Verschlechterung feststellen. Die Preiserhöhungen sind sicher notwendig und nicht wirklich ein Problem. Auch dass die Kässpätzle jetzt als Beilage extra kosten, können wir nachvollziehen. (Auch wenn 2,50 schon etwas viel sind) Allerdings war das Schnitzel das letzte Mal so extrem dünn, dass man kein Fleisch mehr schmecken konnte. Ich mag ja dünne Schnitzel, aber nur Panade muss dann auch nicht sein. Zudem haben wir am Nachbartisch gehört, dass es 1,50€ kostet, wenn statt Champignonrahmsoße Bratensoße gewünscht wird. Die Begründung: alle Soßen sind selbst gemacht. Absolut nicht überzeugend, wenn beide selbstgemacht sind, wieso kostet dann die Soße ohne Champignons und Sahne mehr? Und es gibt ja auch genug Leute die keine Champignons mögen, oder die laktoseintolerant sind. Insgesamt wirklich nicht sehr kundenfreundlich und meiner Meinung nach wirklich unnötig. Die Frau am Nachbartisch war über den Aufpreis und die Begründung auch sehr irritiert. Das und die Schnitzeldicke bitte ändern, sonst werden wir hier vermutlich kein Schnitzel mehr essen. Großartiger Wurstsalat und netter Biergarten. Die Bedienung war freundlich und schnell. Die Gerichte der Gäste um uns herum sahen ebenfalls sehr frisch und lecker aus. Vor allem das Schnitzel. Das wird beim nächsten Mal getestet!"

"The place is popular among the locals, who come there to sit outside and enjoy a drink, but this establishment also serves great local fare. There is plenty of inside seating in a rustic setting. Service is friendly and professional, and the food arrives within...a short time, even though this place tends to be very busy. We enjoyed the venison, another family member chose the sausage salad( a local favorite), and everybody found the food very good. Prices are reasonable.We stuck with mineral water for a drink( we were drivers), the non-drivers loved the Mostbowle a drink based on the local cider, which is refreshing). This place is only a few miles away from Tuebingen, and it is worth the drive!"
