La esencia de Asturias la encuentras en este lugar. La comida fue estupenda……..mejorable el servicio. En mendablegeneral un lugar que merece la pena visitar……su relación calidad precio puede resultar elevado, pero honestamente, trabajan la materia prima local de manera excepcional. Sin duda repetiré.

Asturias a la mesa, espectáculo gastronómico garantizado con las cosas aquí. tratamiento familiar y campechano, descubriendo el magnífico piis, cabeza de salón, comunicador donde hay, asturianos ta y bonachón. el bar con el mando de rafa, aconseja en la carta y en los caldos, y ahora nace el alma gemela de esta nueva cocina con platos espectaculares y postres estratosféricos.

Resulta increíble y sorprendente encontrar en un pueblecito como Turón donde hay poca vida, después de desaparecer las minas, un Rte auténtico con una carta tan estupenda y un menú degustación tan rico, bien presentado, actual y moderno, …. en fin, perfecto, y cocinado hoy por el hijo de los dueños, Rafa. Según me han dicho muy bien formado gastronómicamente hablando en varios lugares, viajado y con su título de la Basque Culinary Center. Con este currículum ya nos hemos explicado todo lo contado antes. Auguró a este cocinero muchos éxitos. Si venís a Asturias no olvidéis reservar.
