Untypical restaurant in a typical Altstadt. Most dishes are served on or in a large pancakes. You could get various combinations of meat or vegetarian meals on them. The portions are rich, combinations are interesting, but tastes are not something spectacular. Enjoy the beautiful old...town Ulm, this restaurant is just something to try if you are there for several days.

Being a solo diner I managed a seat at the U shaped bar thanks to the friendly staff. A welcoming friendly vibe is evident. A huge plate covered with a huge, thin light pancake topped with a generous amount of whatever you have...chosen as a non sweet pancake arrives garnished with lettuce tomato.
