We decided to have our after lunch treat here and was not disappointed.An array of gelato flavours to pick from. Staff were patient as we chose what we wanted and happily served us. Great tasting gelato made on site, you can't go wrong visiting here!

Great choice of ice cream flavours and friendly staff when we came, it was quite busy, but that was mostly because of Hermitage festival being on. The only real problem was that we came as a big group and this is definitely not a place to when there are a lot of you; we couldn't even fit around two tables together.

Living far away from Hitchin, it's tough to get our Fabio's fix especially during the current restrictions but now Fabio's has solved that issue with their stunning at home kits. It was really fast delivery and the instructions were very easy to follow. Finally the final product, it was absolutely delicious and I highly recommend! Visualizza piatti

We had never seen such a wonderful array of ice-cream treats and (after treating ourselves) we brought our three grandchildren to test their views. They always insist on ending meals at our home with ice cream and watching their smiling faces as they ate was a treat in itself. 100% recommend the food, the lovely staff and the atmosphere.

Fabio's is a bright friendly ice cream parlour with an interesting selection of flavours always avalable. When we visited they even had Pigs in Blankets flavour ice cream although I went for a combination of the Banana and the Nutella Ripple flavours. Over summer they had stopped doing waffles to avoid serving delays but they are now back on the menu which is very welcome.

Fabios never fails to blow my mind. They consistently produce new and amazing ice cream flavours. Pigs in blankets, popcorn, salted caramel, bubblegum, blue cheese, marmite, straciatella, croccante, rum and raisin. You name it they make it. You think of it and they will make that too. The customer service and shop are always 10/10. On my recent visit I purchased an ice cream cake for my sons birthyday (gelato cake). It was unreal, taking the icecream and cake game to a new level.
