This tapas restaurant is absolutely fantastic! The food and drinks are of high quality, all served in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The dining room has a beautiful ambiance. Although we hadn't made a reservation and the restaurant was clearly busy, the staff was kind enough to accommodate us, and we're very grateful for that. We absolutely love tapas, and these chefs really know how to prepare them perfectly. We often shy away from crowded places, but the outstanding food and the warm, welcoming atmosphere will likely bring us back sooner than we anticipated. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Came here for a bite to eat with a friend on a weeknight. I must say, this is some of the best Tapas I've EVER had; and I'm someone who's been to Spain many times. We were left waiting 15 minutes for our booked table, however we were offered some draught beers on the house. The waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu, as well as the daily specials. The food was fantastic and will definitely be high on my list for food when I return to Hitchin.
