The Factory is a very popular Restaurant, the staff are very good, fast service, very knowledgable in the menu, they also speak English

Very tasteful food in pretty nice setup. The menu have various dishes, everyone will find something for himself. I had nothing to complain on. Reasonable price with reasonable waiting time

eating is very delicious! what I think is that there is everything you can eat. the restaurant offers many different dishes. prices for drinks are in order. I can only recommend the restaurant to everyone.

We went with a friend, we had some chicken wings and onion rings. The onion wasn't very good because they were too crispy, but the rest of the food was ok. The place is on an old beer factory and it looked very interesting and...nice. It's a beautiful way to each a football game with friends and have fun

I've been there with my wife and friends a lot. because of the many negative reviews, I would like to say that I was always satisfied. only that with the personal I can confirm that there are always some material in between. does not know what this is supposed to be, but there are also good and friendly service forces. my hot stone, was always really hot and the quality of the meat good. but a good load when it comes to American style.

It took us about minutes to walk here, it was well worth it!! The buffets were splendid with so much choice you didn't know where to start. Lovely fresh salad, beautiful array of meats and vegetables. The hot stone steak was extra but...well worth it. To finish with a large number of different puddings, all very good. The whole experience was a delight. Very friendly and helpful staff, most of whom spoke English. We will definitely be visiting here again

this place is great to meet friends and watch football matches. the view of the old buildings of the coal mines has a special type of ruhrpott romanticism (especially when it becomes dark). eating is good and it is a great place to have brunch for a moderate price. the service (organisation) is a bit difficult, especially if there are many guests (e.g. during the Bundesesliga). we often had to wait for drinks forever or not get the right meal we ordered. also the waiter reactions are often not so nice. but that doesn't make us go anywhere else.

Sitting outside in the comfortable sofas and chairs, the view on the old buildings of the coal mine has this special kind of Ruhrpott romance especially when it gets dark. The food is good...and it is a great place to have brunch for a moderate price. The service organisation is a little difficult, especially when there are a lot of guests e.g. while German Bundesliga. We often had to wait forever for drinks or didn't get the correct meal that we ordered. The waiters reactions to critics are also often not that nice. But this doesn't make us go somewhere else
