"Ordered a takeaway last night, being a valdastana, 12 pizza and chips and at the end of my order i asked the waitress to price it up for me at which point she told me £23 and to collect in 20minutes. My partner arrived 20minutes later at the the restaurant to collect the food. He said 3 waitressess were there, 1 on her phone, another polishing cutlery and the 3rd he said just stood around after waiting 10minutes to pay he spoke to the chef and asked for the food and the food was grabbed off the top of the oven (i appreciate they were trying to keep it warm while the waitressess worked out what was going on) then my partner had to ask the waitress to pay because she was still on her phone. We live in sutton so its a 10minute drive to get to the restaurant but they said they had no delivery drivers that night so thought we would just collect. When my partner returned home with the food the food was stone cold, to the point it felt like it hadnt even been reheated/cooked by the restaurant. I wouldnt normally complain about this but upon looking at the reciept i noticed we had been over charged. I added up the meal on there takeaway menu and had been overcharged £6.19 so i called up. The waitress was swearing on the phone and i had the owner who i could hear telling her he was too busy and to hang up on me. I said to the waitress not to panic and that i know someone who works there so they can just pass him what i was overcharged for and said funnily and he can round it up considering the food was exstremely cold. The waitress said she would try short it so my friend could get my refund to give back to me but she wasnt sure if it would be sorted due to the owner not wanting to deal with it right now as he was too busy. I woke up this morning to see i was refunded part of what i was overcharged for. Will not be ordering again. Very unpleasant service, swearing down the phone too and im sure the owner wont care regardless considering he couldnt be bothered to deal with such a simple situation."

We’ve always had lovely gluten free pizzas from Fantasia. It’s so nice to be able to eat a g/f pizza that tastes like a normal one. The staff have always been very helpful and super friendly.

This restaurant offers excellent value for the price. They were able to accommodate my allergies and provide options for vegetarians. The buffet had a good selection of food. We will be returning for sure.

Booked a table here for our evening meal. Im gluten intolerant so rang the restaurant beforehand to check they offer GF dishes. They did.. The gluten free pizza pasta was delicious, quick service great prices too. Would definitely return.

found this place while looking for places to eat while on holiday at haven Let’s just say it was a lovely friendly place to eat the meals are delicious friendly staff nothing to much trouble for them highly recommend this place you won’t be disappointed

We didn't plan on visiting, but we couldn't resist the enticing smell wafting down the street! This place is fantastic, with delicious food and the most amazing garlic bread. They also offer options for those who are gluten free. We will definitely be returning soon for another meal. Give it a try - you won't be disappointed!

On the spur of the moment, we decided to go out for dinner. Went to the 'other ' Italian first as we were walking past, but they couldn 't fit us in. We have been to this restaurant a few times as well, so decided to give this a try. Very accommodating and seated us straight away, even though they were busy. The waitress was very pleasant and efficient, even though we could see she was extremely busy. Glass of wine each and we had garlic mushrooms, two different vegetarian pizzas and fries all very nice. Decent price for good food.

Friendly welcome from the whole team. Front of house and chefs. Pleasant place to be. Young waitress was very polite and accomodating. You waiter very good. Both were excellent. Starter of antipasti very good including blue cheese which was very welcome. Main of spaghetti Bologneseb and fruits de mare, seafood spaghetti very good with prawns and mussels. Then the English apple and blackberry crumble with pouring cream excellent. Food all very good and Hot which can be such a let down in a lot of restaurants when the food has been allowed to cool before service. This place served hot food. Thank you to all. On Thursday 7th for our food. Decent wine and good prices.

This restaurant may not look like much from the outside, but don't let that fool you. They offer a lunchtime buffet featuring pasta and pizza, but we went for dinner and were pleasantly surprised. The evening menu offers a variety of delicious Italian classics that are expertly prepared. The food was flavorful, hot, and served with care. While it may not be Naples or the streets of Rome, it is definitely one of the best places to dine in the area. After smelling the wonderful garlic filling the high street during the afternoon buffet we decided we had to give this place a try . Upon arrival I will admit I underestimated the place . Young chef again underestimated myself and my partner were pleasantly surprised. Very welcoming and personable staff . The salmon prawn penne special tickled my fancy but being very particular about taste and texture in sauces I decided to approach the chef directly to ask to sample the sauce before deciding on the dish .
