"Disappointed with the food. We came for a family meal and all found the food overcooked. I had a chicken burger and it was fried so much that the chicken was really dry and hard to chew. We used to really enjoy the Farmhouse for a family treat, but this has put us off. Even my 3 year old didn't eat his chicken nuggets as they were too tough and he always loves chicken nuggets. Also thought the self service for knives and forks was a bit of a backward step, when you are paying for table service. Will we return? Sadly I think we could get a better experience elsewhere for our money. Service was fairly quick, we didn't feel like we waited too long, just that the food wasn't worth waiting for unfortunately. For a relatively cheap fast food this is the one to visit, they have offers in every day of the week, food is diverse and good, service was always friendly and fast, good number of tables inside and outside, vegetarian menu is good, children's menu is also good, lots of parking, there is a small play area in the adjacent area and a much larger play area if you follow the footpath next to the main park.
