Me and my sister suprised our mum for afternoon tea for mothers day, staff are really attentive and polite, quick service free parking. The food was nice and well presented

A solid three star experience, visited for a Sunday nut roast. Both our dishes were missing items from what we ordered, quality of food was ok but nothing you couldn’t do at home.

Came here for afternoon tea. We were well looked after. The service was great and the food had some special touches. We were able to take our time and as it was a little quiet, able to create a great atmosphere

Nice place to eat if staying at Future's Inn. Restaurant was completely empty so not sure why I had to book, but was pleasantly greeted and food came out fairly quick as well. All in all the food was good, not great, but good and good value for money as well.

This place is great. Quiet at lunchtime which is very enjoyable. The food is lovely and the staff are friendly. They serve a yummy cream tea too. The staff made it extra special by decorating the table for both mine and my daughters birthdays. Will be continuing to revisit. Visualizza piatti

We went for afternoon tea following the funeral of a good friend. It was my first visit The waiting staff couldn't have been more helpful. The food was well presented and one of the best afternoon teas if not the best I've ever had. Because of this visit, I have booked for a celebration later this month and am looking forward to returning to Fishbone.

Oh dear, they had a disaster!! I rearly give one star but our evening was comical. We really thought we were being filmed for an Ant Dec comedy type show!! A really pleasant venue and smartly dress staff, but thats it. The staff were clearly untrained the food quality was tasteless and dry. We were asked to confirm our drinks order 6 times and when it eventually turned up, it was incorrect!! Following the first two courses, we didnt risk a dessert. Staff were apologetic and did offer a discount and the person in charge took our polite, constructive criticism well. Still gonna strike off this place for a return visit.

Outwardly the restaurant was inviting and seemed clean. Staff very active and keen to help. The food seemed quite pricey.. not cheap but borderline how much!? But you assume the food must be good or made fresh etc so the price will be justified. It took over 25 minutes for the food to arrive, when it did.. It was quite anti climactic. The £4.00 cheesy garlic bread was just 3 slices that looked like they came from aldi. The chunky chips tasted frozen and dry. As we were sat in the restaurant for about 40 minutes total i had a chance to look at things with more than a passing glance. The carpet seriously needs a deep clean or replaced and the cupboards/units look very worn down. But thats just... Visualizza piatti
