"This was one of our favourite places for lunch or dinner (per my previous review). This year though, something has gone wrong. I believe the restaurant changed hands. The food is average, and the service is poor. We have taken visitors to Friends twice this summer, and both times have come away disappointed. On our last visit, the order was messed up with the wrong food coming out, and when it went back to be corrected, it was forgotten altogether. The service is poor, there are no apologies for mistakes, and there seems to be a lack of service training. It is a real shame because it was spot on previously. friendly staff, though they are quite slow. we were in couple and the truth is that the tisana we took was very rich! and the "brother in the jester" so simple but so good at the same time. highly recommended, especially you can sit near the promenade (there are better sea views).

the location is perfect, and the terrace is very well decorated. nice atmosphere in general. The rich food, we order two burgers one vegan and one of the meat, and well. what we didn't get is that they gave us to pick potatoes that came with the burger and then they charged them to us! That's very bad. I wouldn't usually come back because despite being good, you can find it in many places.
