Realmente soy fan de este lugar, es por mucho el mejor restaurante que hemos visitado. Las fotos son de 2 ocasiones con los 2 ambientes en la terraza, día y noche. Las ensaladas son deliciosas, se aprecia lo fresco de sus verduras y hortalizas. El servicio de los saloneros es 10/10, súper recomendado para celebrar cualquier ocasión o simplemente tener un almuerzo lindo un domingo en la tarde.

10/10 years experience at Furca. I am a corporate event planner and have hosted several groups of business professionals in the private room. The service is excellent the food is always delicious. Group favorites are always the cocktails, the bread, the shrimp tempura starter, and the steaks cooked to perfection. My only feedback is as an event planner, I wish they had an event coordinator who could communicate via email instead of using WhatsApp but they are always very responsive so this is not a huge issue. 1. The Hostess needs to get off her phone and pay attention to patrons. After seating us one of my guest went outside. When they re-entered the hostess had no clue who they were…… pay attention and get off of IG and TT. 2. The waiter was great until he served the meals. He subsequently vanished for long periods of time. He took too long to clear the table. I had to get up and ask another waiter to assist. He then reappeared to take the dessert order then disappeared again. I had to get up and ask the manger for the bill. All minor but detracted from the experience. Food was 10 out of 10. *Replace the worn out “bill folder”

What an amazing experience. service is outstanding, our waiter David was incredible, we went as a group and from day 1 of planning, the guidance given was excellent! Beautiful place, excellent staff. When visiting Costa Rica, I highly recommend trying this place to eat. Only a ten minute Uber ride from my hotel, I asked the front desk who said their manager was a frequent diner. I decided it was worth a try and everything was superb. The drink I had was savory, not sweet, despite having fruit juice, gin, and a nice frothy topping. I had never tried anything like it. For starters I got the beef carpaccio and highly recommend. A unique blend of flavors with red miso and a creamy cheese on top, it packed a punch.
