Original and typical restaurant. Very good menu with hearty and hearty dishes. Nice operation, very good price-performance ratio. You should always reserve in advance. Very recommended restaurant address in Bingen.

This is a beautiful restaurant, in a gorgeous garden setting serving fresh local produce and Rheinhessische Specialities. Must try the fresh white asparagus! Good menu choice, friendly efficient service. A favourite of the locals

Have dined at the restaurant twice. The cook does a really good job to cook German dishes in a lighter and more modern fashion, which is why we returned. It has a nice small garden where one can sit outdoor in a pleasant atmosphere. Be...prepared, however, to be treated like you are a burden and the ladies doing the service are doing you a real favor. If this bothers you, you may find you can't enjoy the very good food after all.

We wanted to go to Gaggianer today with 15 people. When we were looking for a place, a couple offered themselves to sit on another table so that the group could sit down. Then the service said to the guests, they should stay seated, as no guest is disturbed by the food. The nice couple said that she would like to do that, and that doesn't matter to them. But the service insisted that they should stay and we could sit somewhere else. She just showed no understanding. Such an unfriendly behaviour of the operation is simply business-damaging. The most prestigious service of all times has successfully prevented our visit there on 24.10.2021. Food might have been great, we'll never know. We've never been finished somewhere like that. We had simply set ourselves outside without waiting for the introduction of the force, as it was also empty out to 2 guests. Our mistake.
