Really enjoyed our meal out together last night... the food was delicious and I was very pleased to have plenty of veggie and vegan options to choose from. The staff were so helpful and on the ball and I had the most delicious cocktail I have ever had! Thank you.

The food was superb the scotch eggs were to die for! Plus I loved the fact you had a choice of pink or well done beef, makes a lovely change not to be judged. The staff were attentive and very friendly, loved the whole experience and definitely will be back! Highly recommend this beautiful place

I have been going to the green man since it opened and have always had good food . Unfortunately in recent times the menu has not changed much , for instance I had the same things to choose from today (20/4) as when I went last (16/3) . The welcome and customer service have always been excellent.

We enjoyed a lovely birthday celebration with our daughter and family on a beautiful, sunny Saturday lunchtime. We probably missed having a few more diners, possibly because everyone is struggling with sufficient staff at this time so we did appreciate the restaurant serving within their comfort zone. Highly recommend and hope to return soon.

Just celebrated my 60th birthday with family and friends in one of the private rooms. Everything was absolutely perfect. Thank you to all the staff for a beautiful lunch in a relaxing atmosphere and especially to Emile for looking after us all so well. The cake was fabulous too! We will be back and will recommend to everyone. What a great way to celebrate.

I came back from a beautiful vaterday meal with the family. from eating to service to personal. everything was excellent. but would like to go back another day and try another menu. the only side of my meal was that my bark had a little too much fat on it, and my kartoffels were so crispy that there were not kartoffels, and my carb I could eat it as it was hard to eat.

for the first time yesterday evening as a joint celebration of mine, and my daughter in laws birthday. very busy Saturday night but we found everything excellent. very friendly staff, fast service, a menu with a good selection of dresses, among them some less usual. our eating and wein were excellent and, although we had nothing to say, they must have something about the birthday when our desert arrived with a chocolate happy birthday plaque. very pleasant evening and we will certainly visit again.

We opted for the £25 lunch menu. I won’t do that again my starter of mackerel I thought was a weird presentation there was something on the dish that was not good and I couldn’t quite pinpoint what it was I actually saw some other people question it too. I couldn’t eat mine but I was offered an alternative to be fair which I declined. I opted for the pork with couscous which was ok. Next time I’ll go Al La carte. Take a look at the lunch menu at the lunch menu at The Felix in Billericay absolutely fabulous!

this as been our favorite restaurant for a few years , we bought our friends for a meal last night what a disappointment ordered two soups one from the set menu one from al a carte roll with the al a carte soup and no roll the set menu at your prices we would expect a roll with set menu. the clearing of our table two plates where collect and place in the corner of our table then the third plate was collect and place on the pile of plates then again with the fourth plate then removed from table I have never seen service like it !!!It was sorry disappointing if felt as those the business had changed hands. PS we had our wedding breakfast with 4 years OK
