the staff was very nice and very helpful. the Sharing-Platters presentation left much to wish, but it was well cooked. the maic was beautiful, but the mac and the cheese let me a little disappointed

The restaurant itself it has an amazing view of the london bridge, The food was absolutely lovely, it came out very quick too, As well as the staff was great so welcoming into the restaurant and throughout when we was here.

Extremely knowledgable staff. Our waiter asked about allergies before we ordered, and help accommodate my needs. I was impressed with how much he knew about the menu and he even helped me adjust my order after I chose something that I didn't realize I couldn't have. Lovely dinner and view, a must in London! I was looking forward to the experience having had recommendations from family who regularly use the Richmond Gaucho the food was exceptionally disappointing with 3 out of 5 meals having to be sent back. However I must say that the front of house waiters and managers were exceptionally well trained and provided an excellent service it is a great pity that the kitchen let them down

everything was amazing. gary for the first perfect impression by being polite and enthusiastic. also a massive thanks to Adam that they are extremely helpful, patient, polite and funny. adam helped us throughout the food,- cocktail and wine card by proposing everything to us. everything he proposed was perfect and tasty from the start to the desert. thank you for making our experience amazing here.
