Great find as I made my way up to John O' Groats. Very friendly welcome and quick service. Pot of (A bit weak for my liking) tea and a plate of Scampi salad. Just what I needed.

I recently discovered a charming restaurant bistro in the North of Scotland with stunning views and a great atmosphere. The three cheese salad I tried was delicious and I highly recommend this hidden gem.

Stayed nearby at The Steading Airbnb so wondered by with Dog for a coffee and breakfast. Tried Haggis for the first time and loved it. The cafe was so welcoming and friendly we came back for dinner with the kids in the restaurant. Lovely food and service was fantastic. Thank you for looking after us all including Joey the dog. Really nice place.

Booked a spot last minute on the campsite, and was thrilled to bits. The place gets overlooked on NC500 as it’s a smaller site than others, but it is by far much nicer than the bigger named and popular places on the route. Immaculately clean and tidy, would definitely recommend. Food in the bar was lovely, reasonably priced with excellent service. Doggy friendly. Great all round!!

Stopped for a bite to eat on our NC500 journey. Lovely restaurant and was lucky to get the last table as all the others reserved. We had the Haggis bon bons which were lovely and well prepared. Followed by fish and chips which was delicious such a light crispy batter. Definitely pleased we stopped just for the fish and chips alone.
