"I thought Hans im Glück was a bit pricy but quite okay some four years ago. By now I only go there if I have to accompany some friends from out of town. Service is often slow, which is really unfortunate at a train station, where you often wanna grab a quick bite before departure. Once we even gave up after waiting ages and not even receiving the menu yet. They seem always understaffed, not only at rush hour. Also the food is underwhelming but overpriced. When it’s after 5pm and you can’t get the lunch menu any more, it’s 9,50€ for the burger alone. Fries, side salad, dessert, lemonade all costs extra and at least 4,50€ each. So you gotta pay some 20€ for a burger with fries and a beverage per person? In a burger joint? Quality-wise: Well, I know it‘s fast-food but a bit less sugar and fat and more spices would be an improvement. Updated from previous review on 2021-08-07"

the frame is super pretty, a comfortable and gourmet stop at the Berlin train station. many vegan choices

the personal was really nice, the food and drinks were good and we could not sit outside the site and the windows were covered by the construction.

not healthy, but fills and beautiful to have a selection of burgers. decor is a bit strange, tables on different levels to more people in. I'm glad we didn't have a baggage with us.

Straight in the middle of Berlin central train station. Friendly staff. Few garlic-free options. Huge space. Fries, large servings of lemonade, four vegan burger types. No animal rights environment or anything, more a family restaurant.

Hans im Glück is a nice place to eat out with friends. They have decent vegan options (4 burgers) and some more vegetarian ones. The prices are okay and it is surprisingly the only place as far as I know to get something warm and vegan around the main train station in Berlin. Visualizza piatti

Great vegan alternative at the central train station...like neddle in a haystack. They Have 4 vegan burgers. We had the kutcher burger and the avocado based both were really good. Really good for a meatbased place. AND they have 3 vegan sauses on the tables to use on fries and burgers

At the entrance of the restaurant you need to desinfect your hands. You wait to get seated, the restaurant is super big so you get a lot of room around your table, which given the current COVID situation is a plus. We order a vegan burger with mushrooms and a vegan burger with avocado cream and orange-mustard sauce. Both super well served, lots of flavor! You can order as menu , then you get the burger fries 1 cold drink 1 hot drink. The only problem we had was that the hot beverages were not vegan, but it said you can make them all vegan when ordering. We wanted vegan lattes, they told us this was not possible because the coffee machine works only with dairy.. So that disappointed us.
