"Das Haus am Walde ist eigentlich eine Institution in Bremen. Es ist schön gelegen, der Biergarten ist eigentlich toll, die Open Air Konzerte schön. Wir waren heute mit der Familie dort und wollten nach einer Fahrradtour schön zu Abend essen. Wir suchten uns daher Plätze im Restaurantbereich auf der Terasse. Negativ fiel sofort auf, dass wir recht lange auf eine Bedienung warten mussten. Zum zweiten sind die Gartenstühle nichts für empfindliche Hintern. Zwar gibt es Sitzkissen, welche aber in so kleiner Zahl vorhanden sind, und dann auch noch von anderen Gästen quasi gebunkert werden. Das Essen ist von der Qualität ok, aber eindeutig zu teuer. Als Beispiel: 3 Gambas mit Aioli und kleiner Salatbeilage für € 9,20. Die Gambas waren klein - wir hatten für den Preis wirklich etwas Anderes erwartet. Die Bedienung war - da wohl für viele Tische zuständig? - nur selten zu sehen. Ich hatte bei einer Kollegin ein weiteres Getränk bestellt, welches diese offensichtlich vergessen hatte. Als ich "unserer" Bedienung dies mitteilte, war die Reaktion mit Nichten eine Entschuldigung sondern eher eine Zurechtweisung, dass ich (gefälligst) bei ihr ordern müsse. Puh! Das saß! Da wir in den vergangenen Monaten mehrfach solche Erfahrungen gemacht haben, haben wir uns entschlossen das Haus am Walde konsequent zu meiden. Schade!"

Der Burrata war in Ordnung, jedoch kein Highlight, das ich nochmal bestellen würde. Das Beiwerk hätte es nicht gebraucht, dafür etwas Öl, Pfeffer und Salz. Das Wildgulasch hat gut geschmeckt. Die Nachspeise war eher gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Waren mit einer größeren Gruppe zum Frühstück hier. Der Service war sehr gut und freundlich. Von der guten Auswahl des Frühstücks "Haus am Walde" waren wir positiv überrascht. Alles sehr frisch und für jeden war etwas dabei. Kann man nur empfehlen. Außerdem liegt die Location sehr schön.

Ambiente draußen ist toll bei gutem Wetter. Bedienung war ok, aber nicht wirklich überragend (z.B. hat es sehr lange gedauert bis man mal eine Karte bekommen hat).Das Frühstück war gut, aber auch irgendwie "normal". Das gewisse Etwas fehlt einfach um sehr gut zu sein. Dennoch eine gute Alternative für ein Frühstück bei Sonnenschein. Visualizza piatti

Sehr schön gelegenes Restaurant mit umfangreicher Speisekarte und gutem Essen. Service sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 8 Personen im großen Saal und das Restaurant war voll besetzt. Leider konnten wir uns untereinander kaum unterhalten, da die Akustik fürchterlich und der Geräuschpegel enorm war. Deswegen auch nur 3 Sterne.

Tolle Location in toller Lage, mitten im Grünen. Der Biergarten ist sehr schön , mit Außenbar. Nächstes Mal werden wir den einmal testen. Wir haben mit einer großen Gesellschaft im Lokal gegessen. Der Service war flott und das Essen war lecker. Wir hatten ein Menü mit 3 Gängen und mich haben alle Gerichte überzeugt, sie waren auch schön angerichtet auf den Tellern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren heute das erste Mal bei euch, zum Frühstücken. Wir waren begeistert. Toller und freundlicher Service. Man konnte unter ganz vielen Frühstückvarianten auswählen und noch Extras dazu bestellen. Wir saßen zu zweit an einem großen Tisch, auf dem alles gut Platz gefunden hat. In manchen Lokalen ist es leider anders, wenn man zu zweit kommt, dass man dann nur einen kleinen Tisch bekommt. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, mit frischem Obst und leckerer Marmelade. Im Herzen von Bremen, am Waldesrand, steht das Haus am Walde, wohlbekannt. Mit Küche, die Gaumenfreuden bereitet, und guter Service, der Gäste stets geleitet. Die Speisen sind köstlich, von Meisterhand, hier genießt man das Beste aus Stadt und Land. Doch lass dich warnen, sei vorbereitet, der Preis hier wird oft heiß diskutiert. Für Qualität zahlt man gern seinen Preis, doch manch einer flüstert, Das ist ganz schön heiß! Ein Bier für 6,20 Euro im Glas, Das bringt so manchen Gast in Verdruss. Trotzdem kehren viele hier ein, um in der Waldluft froh zu sein. Denn Haus am Walde, so wunderschön, lädt immer wieder zum Wiedersehen

Im Biergarten sind wir schon seit Jahren Stammkunden, im Restaurant waren wir bisher jedoch nicht gewesen. Im Juli haben wir dieses daher ausprobiert. Meine Freundin hat Schweinemedaillons gegessen; ich hatte Red Snapper, allerdings, auf eigenen Wunsch, mit den Beilagen des Zanders, was ich sehr begrüßt habe. Leider konnten mir weder Kellnerin noch Küche beantworten, aus welcher Region der Weltmeere der Snapper stammt. Für Red Snapper gibt es strenge Kriterien, was die Herkunft betrifft. Einem Gast die Herkunft eines (relativ) teuren Fischgerichts zu nennen, sollte ein Lokal in Norddeutschland drauf haben.Was ich unschön fand, ist, dass wir direkt beim Betreten des Außenbereichs des Restaura...

"in general: in the “Q1 metropolitan kitchen bar” expect a “most popular dishes from the trendy new yorker town parts little italy and Soho”. “The offer is rounded off by the best prime beef steaks from the lavasteingrill.” now I don’t count to those who follow trends and read the reading of the q1 with an “Aha” schnarch and no “Oha” inspiring. But for a once again pleasing evening with good friends and the claim to find a restaurant beyond grieche, italian co., I stayed hanging after more thorough research at q1. interieur, map and interieur. after the visit I can add that the service and the atmosphere are also appealing. a complete address for the brewer's inner city and well suited for a classic "going out", the q1 is also waiting with a bar service that can prepare or complete the culinary process. the price level is raised but not yet lifted. a fuffi should be put in per head if you want to stay a little longer in q1 and are to be starved and thirst properly defeated.
