"During my rehab in BadWiessee was exactly the Kirchweih Sunday. Since there was such a lovely industrial food in the rehab this day. I wanted a goose or a duck. Luckily, there were some other games that didn't feel any desire for the royal dinner. But finding a table for 5 3 days before Kirchweih was not really easy. This is how one of our doctors has landed at the Gottfied. The inn is located a bit away from Rottach-Eggern in the small Kaff Kreuth. The Göttfried is a restaurant as you know and love you from the past. Bayish, crisp and direct. The food is really amazing. I was still after Kirchweih 3x for dinner and without reservation there is not much going under the week. We have all ordered a classic goose with blue herb and dumplings for unbeatable 18,80€. Blue wort red cabbage for plucking was in a bowl for all. sauce and blue herb could be ordered for free. The goose was amazing. Crispy and soft from Fleich. Just leaks. The world's best beer from Reuthberg Abbey. Well, if you sit there in such a round, there must be another Kaiserschmarrn for dessert. As fast as I could not photograph it as it was almost gone. One of the best Kaiserschmarrns I've ever eaten. Lunch was just perfect, even the completely overloaded service still had a fun on the lips. Those who are mistaken for the Tegernsee should make the Gottfried a mandatory program. But don't forget to book."

Ich kann das Essen nur loben. Hatte hirschragout, bestens. Tafelspitz war auch extrem zart . Immer wieder gerne, und die Preise sind äußerst fair

Sehr gutes Essen. Hatten Kaiserschmarrn und Spinat Knödel. Auch der Rose- Wein war Klasse. Urige Gaststube. Gerne wieder! Der Koch versteht sein Handwerk!

In diesem Restaurant kann man sehr gut essen. Alle Speisen werden frisch zubereitet. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Die Gasträume sind sehr sauber und rustikal und gemütlich.

We stopped here on our way back from hiking in the Rofan mountains. Crowded place the locals seem to like as well. Huge range of traditional local food all the classics like Schnitzel and Kaiserschmarn and good homemade cakes. Recommendation to stop by and fill...your empty stomachs

Everytime we travel to Austria we have to drive via Kreuth. It is always a pleasure to stopover for a good meal at Restaurant Goettfried. Very good choice of dishes especially Bavarian dishes. Very tasty, good Price Performance Ratio. Service is very friendly and...helpfull. Meat, fish whatever you choose you will be delighted

Had dinner at Haus Göttfried with the family. Nice ambiance and a friendly service. The food is typical Bavarian style. What you see is what you get. Good range of food to choose from. Local fish and meat dishes. Portions big enough to satisfy your...appetite. The Wiener schnitzel is about cm long. Delicious weissen beer. Friendly price level

My favourite restaurant in Bavaria, by far. Extremely friendly service, with the owner making his round around, having a friendly chat with the guests. The food is excellent and is in the normal price range. The place is in typical Bavarian style, very lovely! And...the Gottfried has the best Apfelstrudel in the whole world! Juicy, with lot of apples and a thin crust! I can not imagine how one can live without trying one of those! Highly recommended for good food, homely surrounding and friendly people
