Was there to have breakfast with a friend ... There was a delicious buffet and the warm drinks were included in the price and always had to be ordered, which I found very good

I found the lobster soup a bit bland. A little coriander would have been good, and too much. The rump steak with beans wrapped in bacon and corn fries, there were too many fries and I would have liked a stuffed tomato with parmesan herb butter, always goes with steak. The steak itself was excellent. Great service and a very nice ambience. I'll be back. Wasn't there for the first time either

there is probably no doubt about the beautiful location and the good beer selection. what I wanted to emphasise is the concept; they could not really choose between a man's place with bark and beer and a posh place, so they did both. The visitors are therefore very normal people willing to spend some more money on mediocre food. we tried a few things, but all had no special taste. preparation was technically good, but nothing really would ask for a wow or surprise. only fill, enough portions of something to eat. I do not really enjoy the decoration and the style, nor the people hang out and eat. if they don't change or just sit on the terrace in the summer for a beer, I don't see any need to... Price performance: ok ‘Heini am Stau’ is located on a former industrial site in Oldenburg’s harbour, near the rolling bascule railway bridge.
