Absolutely extortionate prices!!! Prices have pretty much doubled since new owners have taken over. Takes ages for food and staff aren't the friendliest. The service was appalling charged me £3 twice for the sauces. The staff are impatient and rude first time visiting and last. The food arrived quickly, and it looked and smelled fantastic. Oh my goodness, the taste was out of this world! The chips were "proper chips" — crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The fish was perfectly crispy, golden, and juicy, and the mushy peas were simply divine, the best I've ever had. They were sweet, not too heavy, and absolutely perfect. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meals, and I also sampled the squid with curry sauce, which was excellent as well!
