"Alors que nous devions nous balader dans ce secteur, nous avons réservé dans ce resto après avoir lu de très bons commentaires. Une fois arrivé sur place, nous avons eu un petit doute car depuis la nationale, le bâtiment fait presque routier... Etant donné que nous avions déjà réservé, on a décidé d'y aller quand même. Ben franchement, le lieu n'est pas à la hauteur de ce que l'on y mange, c'est vraiment dommage parce que finalement on s'est vraiment, vraiment régalé !Les plats sont bien travaillés, les associations originales et les légumes (du potager!) sont super frais. De plus, le service est sympa et efficace.Au final, on n'a pas du tout regretté d'être resté car la terrasse est plutôt agréable, on a très bien mangé et c'était un bon moment. Vaut le coup de s'y arrêter!"

"staying in the area for the holidays, the purpose of my spouse was to eat a good cassoulet and it is really the place to go. First it's the caption of the cassoulet and this fame is not usurped. Danteque cassoulet, very well cooked. Then we can wonder what they do with the remains of the dishes, because no one finishes them, never! to continue on their strengths: very nice setting, spacious and welcoming terrace, beautiful table, smiling waitresses and small care. for the rest of the dishes offered in the menu and à la carte, other than cassoulet, it is quite conventional and rather traditional. grilled duck magret, grilled salmon in sauce, rossini turkey, . a little the feeling of dinner at my grandparents, which can have its charm. the child menu would deserve a little more proposals to suit some who know how to appreciate, which is the case of ours. Steak or sausage and frozen fries, it's a little too basic. And please, change your condiments. those there are 150 years old!Finally, many families come to this friendly restaurant and some have rather agitated and noisy children. which is not necessarily pleasant."

"Had been travelling on the motorway and were looking for somewhere to stay and eat. This was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant overlooks the canal du midi in a spacious park. There is a limited menu at 14.50 euros (three courses) and a good choice...of salads. Of course one can always have cassoulet. With a bottle of Gaillac at 20 euros and coffee the total bill was about 60 euros not bad value given the setting."

"Interestingly, no current reviews so hopefully this from Sept 2019 will contain. Phoneed to book a lunchtime and arrived at 12.20 when the place was without customers, although they introduced us, my wife and I stayed until we chose our own table. The location is near the canal du Midi with a street and moored boats in between, but the restaurant looks drab and uncarried for and could do with a coat of color and a little loving care. The young waitress was acceptable and agreed that we could sit exactly where we had chosen a 2 seat table if we wanted a clean tablecloth, we would have to sit somewhere else! I waited for a long time for a menu and my wife and I thought to leave a handful of kilometers for another restaurant, but in due course we ordered our 23 euros (variated choice of dish) three course meal with wine at extra cost. The quality of food was good, but not necessarily a good value compared to some other restaurants. The first course was a pleasant one, but we had to ask and wait for bread and a jug of water. After a long wait our main course came to fish that was very pleasant, but not the type of fish we ordered, although acceptable. I speak fluently French, so there was no reason for misunderstandings and the conversations with the waitress in French were friendly. Finally, at the end of two hours after considerable waiting, we finished our dessert course, but gave up an application for coffee, although, as we paid at the barthek, the waitress asked if we wanted to go back to the table and sit on a drink. Perhaps the slowdown was aware, as we were not French some much later arrivals were served much faster and most left the restaurant until the time we made it. As reported by others, the owner's attitude was not friendly to two different sets of passing cyclists who were asked for a drink and a snack and were twisted away firmly. Likewise, the male owner did not try a small conversation while we paid him. The canal location of the restaurant has good potential, but today's visit will be our only until a more nurturing owner takes over."
