"I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. My group was one of only two tables there during lunchtime. I ordered the Ramen with an additional £2 charge for tonkatsu and £1 charge for a soft boiled egg. Unfortunately, it took over 40 minutes for the dish to come out, and when it did, the noodles were soaked in broth, the egg was overcooked, and the tonkatsu was dry. I took a picture of the ramen as the waiter was collecting it and informed him of my dissatisfaction, but did not request anything else. As someone who used to work in restaurants, I understand that everybody has off days. However, what really disappointed me was that the management never came to our table to apologize, even though we were one of only two tables in the restaurant. This lack of attention to customer service is why I can only give this restaurant a 1-star rating. If you're looking for sushi in Paisley, I would recommend going to Okome instead."

"We booked a double 40th gathering for a set of twins (my wife sister inlaw) to enjoy a meal with friends, the booking was easy enough, the staff were very accommodating with requests to set up the table with balloons and decorations for the event and taking in a cake to bring out with candles for later in the evening, they honestly couldn't do enough for us.Our group absolutely loved dining here, the service was faultless and the food was amazing, infact I would go as far as saying I've never had a better tasting steak than the one I had here, I ordered a king prawn starter which was delicious and then a black peppered steak fillet complimented with peppercorn sauce, the steak was so nice I don't believe it needed anything adding to it in the end but still the sauce just made it more enjoyable, it was a win win either way, I chose mash instead of chips and....amazing (sorry......I'm a big mash potato fan).A few friends had ordered a tbone(i think) steak and were all randomly upgraded to the next size up which was a pleasant suprise for them. The whole night was enjoyable from start to end and would definitely make a return vist in the future. Thanks again to all the staff for the excellent service.....and my amazing steak."

".we had attended a funeral in the Paisley area, we booked Kwang Tung for dinner for two. We waited 25 mins for the starters which were decidedly average. It was coming up on a full hour and the mains were not served. Yet take away food flying out. We had had enough. We paid the bill, £23 for soft drinks n starter. The table was cramped, it was cold . The staff were pleasant enough.The senior member of staff perfectly understood why we walked out. She said it was exceptionally busy. We have NEVER experienced this in our usual Chinese restaurant which is twice the size and always busy. We wouldn 't return. This is dated 30th June 2023."

"Mind-blowing, varieties of choices and just delicious The varieties of selection, seafood, sushi, noodles, rice, many non-veg and veg, even vegan options, sauces, etc etc.. The location is perfect with enough carpark spaces. Staffs are so professional and friendly, it's just mind blowing. One of the best buffet restaurants, we ever had been I strongly recommend to everyone, please visit this place, you won't be unsatisfied."

Both my partner and I work in the hospitality industry, and we can honestly say that the service we received could rival that of most other places in town.
