Still a lovely pub to visit even with the new owners. The service was great, helpful and friendly staff. The roast was as yummy as usual with plenty of veg. Will be returning regularly and have already recommended it.

First visit in a while but so happy to see the lovely Arita remains an asset. We sat near the door so nice and breezy on a hot evening. The drinks were very refreshing and we indulged in a “two for £17” deal. The gourmet burger and pollo pizza were tasty! Visualizza piatti

I couldn't recommend this venue highly enough, great value for money with great service from the staff, they were attentive courteous and on point, if standard gastro pub rates were charged I would still eat here with out a drop of a hat. The menu caters for all including vegans who can also enjoy a three course meal.

26 guests given first class food, drink and service, delivered with efficiency and a smile. Gabby and Paul are excellent hosts with staff of the highest calibre who ensured that we had an enjoyable and stress free evening. We cannot recommend this venue highly enough and feel limited that we cannot give more than a five star rating. David Diana

Went for dinner with a friend and was very impressed. They have done a great job and worked hard In turning this pub around from what it used to be like. It’s a great local with very good food and drink offers and great service. No need to go to the hop farm anymore as the food is much better here , cheaper and within walking distance. This is our second visit and once again service was excellent and the meals were first class. It’s nice to know that they cater for vegans as my wife is vegan. All creams are vegan as well. I am disabled and access was not a problem. The disabled toilets were spotlessly clean and dryers, soap and toilet paper were fully stocked up. They also allow well behaved dogs and will book you a doggy section table. Well done to all the staff and chef.

We had a lovely family dinner here on a Saturday night. Amazing food from the new summer menu, all four of us tried different dishes and all of them were soo delicious. Very reasonable prices and so much choice on menu, we cant wait for another excuse to eat here again! A wonderful little pub, all the staff are so lovely and friendly here, so grateful to call this pub our local. Garden is a gorgeous sun trap as well, just perfect on a summers day!

Lovely start to the meal with a fabulous waitress and great food.Sadly there were payment issues and the wrong amount was collected from my bank.This issue took four days and numerous calls to rectify and caused a lot of upset. Although the management was apologetic my mum is still awaiting her money to be returned and this does not change the fact this this occur not just to her but also to me and the payment was taken out more then once.i.have never complained about a restaurant but feel very upset that this is the nature in which customers are treated with the financial strains that people are currently under.Such a shame and with new management only there for a month they should have tri...
