Food was really awful, house special cheese burger was mush and inedible Nice setting but every time I go in for food it’s not good

Excellent variety on the menu, with plenty of choices. Food arrived reasonably quickly, was hot, plentiful and beautifully cooked. Service was friendly and efficient.

The place is lovley and dog friendly I had the lamb shank the only thing was the gravy was very salted without that it would of been perfect , lovley location and place will Go again

First time in the kingfisher was pleased with the interior and the staff and the menu extensive for lunch time selected the Philly steak sandwich with fries a good choice will be going again

Family group of seven booked for Father 's Day. Every one enjoyed the experience. Food was cooked well and a 'good plateful '. Service was quick, efficient and the staff pleasant. Looking forward to our next visit S.H.

Called in on way back home from Blackpool, pub was quiet but service was very slow. The waitress kept apologising for the delay on the drinks blaming a rush of customers at the bar, which we didn't see ,but did see staff standing around talking to each other. Food was bland, I had the Thai ginger salad which was just a limp wet lettuce with no flavour in the sauce. Steak pudding was OK but gravy was like dishwater. Far better pubs and food elsewhere.

Have eaten here twice before and it was excellent but unfortunately, this bank hol Sunday experience was disappointing. BBQ chicken wings were poor, didn't look or taste nice with a squirt of bbq sauce over. Palm burger+chicken burgers felt like they hadn't been cooked fresh+prevention was disappointing. Fish was greasy but chunky chips amazing+tasty. The Sunday lunch was the best out of 4. A little reluctant to go back but staff were lovely as always.

Avoid this place!!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting food at an expensive price I had the Sunday roast All frozen food and packet mash Paid extra £2.50 for cauliflower cheese it was shocking, just a bowl of of cauliflower with a watery sauce poured onto it And the gravy was so watery it was ridiculous Waited 50 mins to be served this awful meal as well I looked around and I could see other people very frustrated also with the extremely long wait AVOID AT ALL COSTS DISGUSTING FOOD THE KINGFISHER AT KIRKHAM

Went on Sunday 2/7/23 for a meal the lady on the door told us that there was 30 min wait for meals which we said was ok. She gave us two menus and took us to our table. We waited for somebody to take our drinks order but know body came near.After nearly 25min another couple came with a small child and within a couple of minutes took there drinks order when there drinks arrived I managed to get hold of the waitress and asked why nobody has been to see to us I was told nobody told her. The drinks arrived shortly after and managed to order our meal. To be fair the meal was good but service was rubbish. Think it will be a while before we go back
