"We stopped in while waiting for the number 8 bus and ordered two chicken strip meals and one chicken nugget meal. It took almost 10 minutes to receive our food, and when we did, the chicken strips were on plates even though we had requested takeout. After some confusion, we were given our meals in boxes and left. Unfortunately, our food was cold, but the chicken nugget meal was satisfactory according to my daughter. We returned our cold meal and received a refund, with the explanation that the staff member was working alone."

The staff is friendly, the menu has great options, and the food is delicious at a reasonable price. I tried the burger and it's a fantastic alternative to Burger King and McDonald's.

"Ordered sandwiches, cakes and coffee for lunch via Deliveroo. Firstly, the sandwiches were delicious and so was the coffee and if I would just have ordered that The Knobbly Cob would have scored a resounding 5 out of 5. But we ordered cakes which didn't arrive. We paid for the cakes which were part of an order costing just over £21. 96p of thar bill was a service charge. This is adding insult to injury frankly. Being charged for items and service not received with no explanation, apology or recompense would definitely make me hesitate to order from The Knobbly Cob again."

"Had lunch at Cote Gloucester Quays today to celebrate a special date yet to come. Food and drink both excellent...Breton chicken and confit pork belly, both cooked to perfection. Looked after so well by Samuel and Sasha who provided excellent and attentive service. Thank you both for a wonderful dining experience, and the complimentary glasses of champagne. Now our go to place for dining out in Gloucester. Definitely 5 stars! Will be back soon. Samuel and Sasha both a credit to Cote."

"I pass by this place every time we head to Gloucester Quays, but today was my first time stopping in. It certainly won't be my last visit! The service was friendly, and the food was delicious. I ordered the sausage and onion baguette, and you could really taste the quality. It was served with a crisp, fresh salad and perfectly chunky chips. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time we visit the quays!"

"amazing little place that serves great eating. many vegan options (at least 6 net! . all foods are produced locally (where always possible and some of them even organic, which is simply super for the price! especially impressed was that they use cocose instead of white sugar and that they make their own vegan ice cream, which is by far the best I tasted - even better than boujas boujas! the service was on the point and very friendly. great tasting home cooked eating, amazing!"

"Delicious and welcoming Wow how on earth have we not come accross this before, looking for somewhere to eat on a busy Saturday with pride, rugby and the your of Britain in the city we walked a little further the normal to find somewhere to eat with space amd here we found the Cavern working with adults with varying different abilities and difficulties I was excited to findout what the Cavern was all about. It's more then just a cafe/ restaurant it's a safe place to relax , a venue of many talents and really has it all. The menu was brilliant has lots and lots of choice and even a specials board too where we chose the mac and cheese with garlic bread at just £5. The food was absolutely amazing, came quick and hot and most definitely a service with a smile. It's worth mentioning the coffee too this was some of the best coffee I've had in Gloucester! Was there anything to pick out that could be better at such a great venue well maybe there where a few areas that could do with a good clean but it's moat certainly wasn't anything to take away form this epic venue and the worm they do. This is now my favourite go to spot for food and a drink. Thanks the Cavern and please pass on all my thanks to the team on Saturday 9th Couldn't wait to return so went back today 16th /9/23 they where very acomadateing with a meal request we had and sorted it, we also had to pannis that came with crisps and salad it was super tasty sorry we didn't get a photo but can recommend the halloumi, bacon and chilli jam one !"
