Abbiamo cenato qui nella nostra ultima serata a Palau. È un peccato, perché altrimenti saremmo potuti tornare. Sedersi sulla terrazza è stato un momento speciale (ottima atmosfera) e il servizio era molto cordiale e non invadente. La pizza era fantastica e la pasta era buona. Le cameriere purtroppo erano scortesi. Ho accidentalmente ordinato un piatto due volte perché la risposta è stata data in fretta e in modo molto poco amichevole. Poi ci è stato portato un dolce sbagliato, al quale abbiamo gentilmente chiesto se potevamo avere il dolce corretto. La risposta è stata senza parole e il dolce giusto è stato messo sul tavolo con irritazione. Il cibo era gustoso, ma l'esperienza non è consigliata. Cibo: 3.

Very nice and well decorated place (even romantic at night) at the entrance to Puerto Palau, with terrace or interior. We went without a reservation and we didn't have to wait, because it was the end of the season, but I recommend making it in advance if it is high season. The quantities are large. Service was absolutely shocking, the food wasn't much better and when I dared to question the service charge with the manager, his response was if I could could manage it better than him I was welcome to have a go, when I mentioned about reviews he told me that he doesn't care about reviews they are just people being vengeful and he doesn't care about them, I asked for his name and he refused. There was several other diners in the the restaurant that had to keep asking for things like drinks and bills, I had to ask twice for our drinks and when the wine arrived we had no glasses I asked for 2 glasses and the waiter came back with an ice bucket (for red wine).
