"Seit Jahren lassen wir uns von Sandra & Markus Krietsch und ihrem Team verwöhnen. Bereits im früheren Restaurant in Schorndorf waren wir Stammgäste. Die Speisen sind äußerst lecker und auch optisch ein Genuss. Besonders zu erwähnen ist, dass sich die Küche nicht nur veganes Essen zaubert, sondern insbesondere auf Unerverträglichkeiten (z.B. Lactose oder Gluten) unproblematisch reagiert. Die Weinkarte überrascht immer wieder mit Überraschungen."

"Here it must be mentioned first that the impression from the outside is more than just fooling. When you see the shop from the sidewalk, it's rather inconspicuous and not necessarily inviting. When you go in, you are almost surprised by the interior and beat it at the same time. Very tasteful and cosy furnishings. Here there is everything that the steak and meat heart desires. fried to the point and at the top of the place. This has its price, but we are not here at the fine food store with the golden arches. If you like, you can enjoy a whiskey, whether before or after eating everyone needs to know themselves. All in all, a solid performance that doesn't have to hide. When we were there (Wednesday) almost nothing was going on, so we didn't need a reservation and the service was in no phase overwhelmed. What it looks like when the shop is full, I can't say. Although it was good, we went out unanimously with the opinion that we did not necessarily go again. I don't know why, but because basically there's nothing to expose. "Wir waren aufgrund einer Empfehlung zum Essen. Das Personal und der Chef sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Besteck lag bei Ankunft bereits auf dem Tisch neben dem Teller ein no-go! Das Essen wurde zeitlich angemessen serviert, wenngleich auch die extra bestellten Beilagen 15 min vor dem Hauptgericht gebracht wurden, also bis dahin nur noch lauwarm waren. Es wurde einmal Lammkeule und einmal ein Grillteller bestellt. Die Lammkeule war sehr zart und geschmacklich gut, aber die sehr stark ölhaltige Soße in der sie lag, verursachte bei mir noch einen Tag danach eine Magenverstimmung, obwohl ich ja nicht gerade empfindlich bin, was dies betrifft.Das Bifteki kenn ich normalerweise aus Hackfleisch hergestellt und eigentlich mein Leibgericht. Aber in einer kleinen Soßenschale schwamm etwas, das weder so aussah, noch so schmeckte, und schon gar nicht gegrillt war. Lt. Speisekarte sollte außer dem Bifteki und Gyros auch ein Souvlaki auf meinem Grillteller liegen, stattdessen lag dort ein lauwarmes in der Pfanne gebratenes Hackfleischküchle, das mehr aus Paniermehl als aus Hack bestand. Das Gyros war trocken, das heißt für mich, es wurde schon vor längerer Zeit geschnitten. Dazu wurden Kartoffelscheiben als Fertigprodukt gereicht und etwas Reis. Alles in allem würde ich das Restaurant leider nicht empfehlen und auch selbst dort nicht mehr speisen."

"We were there a few days ago with friends for dinner. He does not have the reputation of being one of the best Italians. We were kindly received, the service was very attentive and accommodating despite the full house. The menu is not overloaded and offers everyone a great dish. The food is really a pleasure and it tastes everything very fresh and well prepared. Certainly, it is not the cheapest, but the delicious and freshly prepared dishes justify the high price. We felt very comfortable and will be happy to come back. Keep going! For decades an institution in Gmünd. Top!"
