"This is hands down THE BEST Spanish restaurant in Madrid I do not give this review lightly as I have eaten at 100's of restaurants in Madrid. This place is fairly priced for the incredibly large portions and better than any restaurant you will eat at in Salamanca/ on C. de Jorge Juan. The vibe of the restaurant is amazing, I love the outdoor area, makes me feel like I am eating in a cabin in Courchevel/St. Moritz/Kitzbühel etc. The staff is incredibly friendly, you can easily communicate in English and they anticipate your needs before you ask. The food portions are huge and so delicious. This is the only restaurant I have been to that offers delicious sites with an Escalope. Es el punto de encuentro ideal para ir a las obras de la Zarzuela del Auditorio Nacional de Música. Pedid cachopo, es imprescindible.

Terraza cubierta muy acogedora. 100% recomendable el escalope armando con una buena ensalada de tomates, y de postre la tarta de queso.

Elegimos restaurante La Ancha para celebrar cumpleaños de mi marido y aniversario de nuestra boda. Nos gustó mucho. Platos típicos españoles. La comida muy rica y se no nota la calidad del producto. Excelente servicio. Los camareros están pendientes en todo momento. Muy amables y muy atentos. EDWIN es un encantador, alegre y gran profesional. Muchas gracias a todo el equipo por su acogida!!!

I had a great dinner at La Ancha where I shared the dishes within the table being able to try many options from the menu. The butter done at the house is a great starter with the brand among many other interesting options. We have had wine, beers and dinner and it should cost between EU50~75 per person pending on the dishes and drinks quantity. The photo from the terrace indoor dinner does not represent very well the actual atmosphere which was very nice !!

Mi experiencia de esta y espero que no sea la última vez que vuelva, ha sido altamente gratificante. Fuimos dos parejas, pedimos de entrantes, navajas a la plancha y una tortilla con almejas, ambos muy buenos. De segundo, los cuatro pedimos cogote de merluza que estaba exquisito. El personal, tanto en ls recepción como el servicio de camareros, fueron muy amables y muy atentos. En resumen un restaurante que no defrauda con muy buena calidad precio y que por seguro volveré.
