Pretty restaurant in the heart of La Couarde which offers a short menu. It 's good, fresh, well made, maybe uneven (the cake didn 't have its effect). Warm service, serious wine list. Rather high prices.

Saved this restaurant for our last evening. It was excellent. Beautifully-presented delicious food. Good selection of wine to accompany seafood. a very small card that announces the freshness of the dishes and we have not been disappointed, everything is very good, even the child menu is neat. the beef paved had a perfect cooking = crispy outside and well red inside! The jacque sts were cooked just as you need. we were no longer hungry for desserts but they were also very tempting. Next time!

A very mixed lunch today at this establishment. Both starters good and the lamb my wife had very good. However, I had the noix De St. Jacques a favourite of mine. I should have sent it back my own fault not to but I didn't...want to spoil her meal too. It was overcooked to the point of being burnt. It gets very busy. You really need to telephone to book. We were told that they do not use the contact system on here or through there Facebook Messenger account. Probably a 3.5 rather than a 3.

mixed experience. two of the four appetizers were very nice, namely the tomato and the garnelensalat. the whip was completely mixed, as obviously not marinated enough. it was more a carpaccio with pieces of cocosnus and granat apple on the top. the gravur was also a...bit from a drop. for the net was the pad thai with a king prawn good, but definitiw not worth the 32€ price tag I found blackmailed.
