delicious kosher food- excellent staff- this was our second time there and definitely not disappointed from start to finish. The foie gras is really good!

Un restaurateur nous l'avait conseillé mais vraiment rien d'extraordinaire je fais aussi bien à la maison les prix sont trop élevés pour ce qu'ils nous servent et il n'a rien d'1 gastro plutôt 1 bonne brasserie je ne le conseil pas

A very good meal from beginning to end. The ravioli foie gras were smooth and creamy with just a hint of truffle oil, and the lamb chops where cooked to perfection. Portions are very generous and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant is pleasant. A particular point of praise for the staff, who very helpful, welcoming and courteous at all times

My wife and I started with the goose liver ravioli, which was finger licking good. Right next to us someone ordered goose liver in toast which also looked generous and a good alternative.For our main dish I had the veal chop, which is the best I ever tasted and a very generous portion as well. My wife had the steak which was excellent as well. It was a shame we couldn't come again, because we saw the table next to us order the a magnificent shepherds pie!

The food was outstanding. We ordered the foie Gras platter for starters. The hot foie Gras came on toasted bread and just melted in the mouth. Was sublime. The other 2 on the plate were also amazing. Something I've never tasted before. For mains we got the lamb rack and beef with foie Gras. Both cooked perfectly and best meat I've ever had in a restaurant. Nice ambiance but very popular so advisable to reserve a table. Only negative is that there were only 2 waiters serving the floor however the owner mentioned they usually have more and we're just understaffed.We were so impressed with the restaurant that we called over the owner who was so lovely and gracious!An amazing experience. Nous sommes entrés dans ce restaurant parce qu'il avait la place pour accueillir 15 personnes sans réservation sans savoir qu'il était casher. Mes collègues ne connaissaient pas donc n'avaient pas d'a priori mais moi j'ai été agréablement surprise par la qualité de la viande.En revanche, en dehors du menu les plats sont hors de prix et pas affichés à l'extérieur bien que cela soit obligatoire en France.Le point négatif a été l'extrême lenteur du service. We visited La Citadelle on our first night back in Paris. Due to jet lag we weren't starving, so we didn't get any appetizers or dessert.They provided an English menu, which was helpful, but which also had some items that were not on the French menu! I enjoyed the Tournedos Rossini, while my wife had the Chicken Breast Skewers. The food came out hot and was perfectly cooked, with wonderful flavors.The restaurant was at total capacity and only had two waiters, so there was often some time waiting for service.
