"We had lunch here on Saturday. The staff was welcoming and efficient. We had two main courses between us. There was only one vegetarian option that was very disappointing. It was mainly based on eggplant and much too oily and had too much raw parsley for our taste. On the other hand, the monk was in a delicious sauce and came with beautiful steamed vegetables. Café Latté was almost cold when it was served and made of typically bitter French coffee, but the apple plate was interesting and tasty. Therefore my average score because 50% were very good and 50% were quite terrible. "We have our meetings here at the Pre aux Moines, so we normally have a bit to eat before. the menu has lots of different choices & selection of local Suisse specialities.Food it well cooked, good quality & quantity.One person ordered the Fish & Chips and expected a good size piece of battered fish (like traditional UK chip shop style) what arrived was not what was expected. but never the less, still very tasty.We had a club meeting in one of the big rooms and they prepared platters of local cheese & meats which were hugh & very tasty.This is a good place to have a very tasty meal."

"La cuisine de ce restaurant est délicieuse, la viande tendre, les pâtes maison succulentes et les pizzas très bonnes. Toutefois, le service du soir est toujours déplorable, les serveuses pas sympas, pas rapides et pas professionnelles. À plusieurs reprises, nous avons dû attendre 20 minutes pour pouvoir commander à boire avant le repas. La serveuse interpellée nous a rabroués vertement vu qu’il y avait 5 tables occupées dans tout le restaurant ! Avis au patron : s’il veut éviter de perdre trop de clients, qu’il passe le mot à son personnel en salle d’accélérer un peu le service et d’y ajouter un sourire"
