An exceptional setting between vineyards and lagoon serves as a setting for this pearl that is the Trabouriech estate. We had lunch at the pool house, the spacing between the tables leaves enough privacy, and a beautiful view of the swimming pool and the grounds. The dishes are fine, tasty and well presented, for a reasonable price. We had a blast! Food: 5

We emailed and called to book the pool. No response to either! When we arrived. We were allowed in but made to feel very unwelcome even to the point that the only beds we were allowed got soaked 20mins later by the sprinklers. All our clothes, bags and books were soaked! Dans un environnement au milieu des vignes, au dessus de l’étang de thau, un joli château installé au milieu d’un jardin fleuri. La terrasse surplombe une très jolie piscine. Les plats sont très biens présentés, rien dire sur le dressage. La carte bien que variée mériterait un peu plus de choix. La saveur des plats reste assez fade et mériterait une meilleure maîtrise pour mériter totalement le terme de cuisine gastronomique. Le service est professionnel et sympathique.

Excellent time at the estate's Poolhouse. We had the poke bowl and the gourmet coffee, delicious! The setting is magnificent and special mention for the quality service. We met smiling, kind people with very good advice (the wine from Château la Sauvageonne is a sure value! . We were even treated to a little surprise on our dessert for our 10th wedding anniversary, a candle on the gourmet coffee. They didn't have to and this little attention made us very happy. Thanks again to the whole team for your smiles and see you soon!

We wait 1 hour to have our beef fillet dish with 2 reconstituted fried potatoes (fresh seasonal vegetables?? , we ask for bread, they bring us stale or rather dry bread. Chocolate dessert at the top, vintage wine from the lagoon ditto. We did not express our dissatisfaction, but the manager noticed it, apologized for having delegated to a young girl just starting out and offered us an aperitif.
