This is a hidden gem nested in the wineyards. Food was very nice and the waiters knew their game. Beautiful estate, authentic decoration and excellent local cuisine. I can only recommend this place. Dans un environnement au milieu des vignes, au dessus de l’étang de thau, un joli château installé au milieu d’un jardin fleuri. La terrasse surplombe une très jolie piscine. Les plats sont très biens présentés, rien dire sur le dressage. La carte bien que variée mériterait un peu plus de choix. La saveur des plats reste assez fade et mériterait une meilleure maîtrise pour mériter totalement le terme de cuisine gastronomique. Le service est professionnel et sympathique.

A heavenly place where nature is omnipresent. Everything is designed with respect for it. Our lodge is spacious and sublime, tastefully decorated, using materials such as wood, metal, thatch... while respecting the place. The swimming pool is heated to 26° and the setting is enchanting. The cuisine is delicious (Maxense's service is perfect), the massages at the SPA are a pure joy of relaxation (mention to Léa and Maya). And Nathalie, SPA and boutique manager, welcomes you with her smile, her kindness and her advice. Ladies you will find nuggets of clothing and accessories at affordable prices.
