The pizzas were good but the crust was a little too thin for my taste and slightly burnt on the extremes.

A great place in Bordeaux to eat pizza in the downtown. Very welcoming and tasty. Not big place but cozy.

Welcoming Italian restaurant in the city centre with set menus and à la carte. Reasonable prices for good quality food so good value.

Loved this place. They made some of the best pizza and pasta we've ever had. We ordered the four cheese tortellini and the buffla pizza. Both were perfectly cooked and light. This restaurant is also on a must cost street that is parting the unesco walking tour.

This was an affordable restaurant that had great food. We shared a pizza which was a great snack for 2 people. There is a nice patio with shade or a large indoor restaurant. Also my pizza (with arugula and parmesan) had too much vinegar so it did not taste like much else. But the ingredients were very fresh and we finished all our plates happily. Service was a little slow but our waiter was very friendly and helpful. The apple crumble we had for dessert was very good.

We are a family of five with the three children 14, 13 and 11 so eating can sometimes be problematic as kids are a little choosy! Unlike myself who is very easy to please and will eat anything put infant of me! Right so in the heart of Bordeaux it is decided to go for Pizza......again! This is a specialist pizza Italian restaurant and tucked away on a quaint Bordeaux walkway it is cozy and welcoming. Service was good and Pizzas lovely. Slightly more expensive than some other Pizza restaurants but what we were looking for on this pleasant autumnal evening. After getting kids soft drinks and some pichets of rose the bill came to just over 100 euros. A very enjoyable evening with the children!

Looking for something simple in the Center on Sunday evening (Bordeaux is stunningly short of open restaurants at this time!), we wandered over to Pizzeria la Mama. It turned out to be a hidden gem, with some of the best pizza we have had outside Italy. (We all have had years of living in Italy, so come filled with certain prejudices!) The pizzas are homemade and the ovens, while apparently not wood-fired, are quite good. Good salads, The stunning part was availability of buffalo mozzarella which appeared to be authentic. All of us were pleased with our choices, and an Iberian Flan was a surprising discovery. Service was friendly and efficient, although there may be a small language barrier... Visualizza piatti
