"After reading the reviews we went to this place. The pictures and reviews attracted us. The style of the restaurant (biologic) really speaks to me. Voor 26 30 euro's you can get a menu of starters, main course and dessert. The price depends on wheter or not you choose an all vegaterian or meat menu, or something in between. I had the starter of the day (melon, tomato salad with mozarella and pesto), ristotto with mushrooms and quark with fruits. My girlfriend went for the greensalade, veggie burger and yoghurt with honey and fruits. All dishes where very well presented and tasted excellent as would be expected from the presentation. The veggie burger comes with blue cheese which was a little more present than thought, it was somewhat overpowering. Overall we really enjoyed our meal here and would definitely recommend it if you are in the area. Service was great and quick, for (almost) the first time since we're in France we could order in Englisch (although we're practicing our French) Thank you!"

The service was excellent and we were even offered a menu in English which we declined having lived in France for 10 years. The food although different to our usual choices was extremely tasty and beautifully presented. We would certainly visit again when in the area and would definitely recommend.

Everythng made a la maison . Delicious salad with a vinagrette combining orange and cardammon (I think). Veggie Burger was new to me and I 'm a convert. Lovely strong peppery red wine and the best chocolate fondue I 've ever tasted. Simple decor, very good and pleasant service and I 'll be going back and back and back and bringing friends

La part du colibri propose une cuisine originale, belle, de très bonne qualité, servie avec amabilité. Des produits bio et un travail écologiquement responsable en font un restaurant pour lequel on apprécie le concept. Il est situé dans une rue calme et pittoresque de Crest, autant dire que son cadre joue aussi en sa faveur. Nous y retournerions sans aucun doute !

Derrière une façade banale une pepite :un super restaurant qui mérite une visite.Ouvert récemment il propose une cuisine a base de produits locaux bio au maximum et de très bonne qualite. tout est excellent , l accueil est simple et chaleureux. Un sans faute. Un jeune restaurant qui frôle déjà la perfection Bravo à cette jeune équipe Nous reviendrons dîner lors de nos prochaines vacances.

Nous sommes tombés par hasard sur ce p'tit resto bien sympa.Tout était délicieux, fait maison bio ou local, un régal.Les légumes étaient cuits à la perfection, le cuisto a même réussi à nous faire apprécier des saveurs que nous n'aimons pas d'habitude (fenouil et coriandre). Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés (ce serait dommage car les assiettes en plus d'être bonnes sont belles), vous ne serez pas déçus ! D'ailleurs il faut réserver. Un régal pour les papilles !
