"Restaurant out of tourist crowds and rare on Cassis with generous dishes and especially of quality. The products are fresh and well worked. The menu changes according to the products of the day and has 3 dishes to choose from. Small room, the restaurant can quickly be full. The dishes are in the 20-25 € and the desserts at 10€. It may be more expensive than some restaurants in the city but at least we are sure not to get scammed with frozen dishes. We'll be back."

"Unbelievable!!! Are you going to Cassis? Eat at Poulette! We were greeted as rarely I was greeted by two adorable women! Besides the dishes were really delicious. The red curry of calamar and ginger chicken were delicious! I recommend 200%!! Thanks to you we spent a particularly delicious moment at all points of view!"

"beautiful experience in a small alley away from the tourist axis. nice welcome by an Italian server from tuscan. The accent is already there, it is said that the rest will be at the height of what is expected when the restaurant is held by freshly installed Italians. The result is guaranteed, excellent cuisine, you feel the small touch, the small detail that you don't find so easily when the dishes are prepared by people who are not from the country. an Italian restaurant with orders an Italian, that's all the difference. the homemade pasta dish was excellent, with a good sauce, small olives and calamar cut into small pieces, all accompanied with a super small Tuscan white wine. Breads are also made home. dessert was very original, tiramisu served in a small Italian coffee maker! beautiful. To do absolutely!"

"Several times recommended by our tenants, we had never had time to come to dinner at the Chaudron. Error corrected and rather twice as one. For our second dinner in three weeks, we were able to explore the map a little more and there is really nothing to say about the choice of products and flavors. Everything is there and the price remains in an affordable range (for Cassis). The very pro service is impeccable and fast, do not hesitate to discuss with the boss if you want information about the village, it informs you perfectly and in addition it speaks English if necessary."
