"Das Brot (Brötchen) vorweg war sehr trocken. Die Tageskarte wurde nur mündlich vorgetragen, sollte besser auf einer Tafel notiert werden. Die Bedienung ist laut und belehrend: "Prosecco ist immer trocken, Brusscetta ist hier immer so, steht so in de Karte". Zur Erläuterung: Brusscetta besteht hier zu 2/3 aus Melone mit Schinken, ansonsten aus trockenen Minibrötchen mit Tomatenstückchen mit Parmesan, keine Spur von Olivenöl. Wein und Prosecco sind von zweifelhafter Qualität. Der Gastraum war eiskalt, offensichtlich sollen die Gäste heizen. Alle Pizzen werden mit Gouda statt Mozzarella serviert. Die Zwiebeln in der Zwiebelsuppe waren extrem bissfest, dafür schwammen diverse rohe Kirschtomatenhälften darin. Wahrscheinlich würden rohe Zwiebeln mit einer Brühe übergossen und dann serviert. Spaghetti Arrabiata leider mit wenig Schärfe, schwamm in Tomatensosse. Die Pizza war wenig gewürzt und vom Gouda dominiert.Mit Italien haben die Gerichte hier wenig zu tun."

I find this place very cozy for having a coffee with a friend or business meeting. their deserts are very tasty and also their coffee wasn't bad at all. I can't complain for the service as was pretty good.

Ein von außen eher unscheinbares Lokal, glänzt mit Service und Qualität. Sehr freundliches Personal! Qualität ist 1A!! Hab lange nicht mehr so gut italienisch gegessen. Preislich vollkommen im Rahmen. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Wir waren hier schon mehrfach essen. Die Gerichte waren bisher immer gut. Der Umgangston des Service ist allerdings oft unangebracht und wirkt dem Gast gegenüber schroff, manchmal gar frech. Eine Verbesserung hier wäre wirklich wünschenswert und würde den kleinen Laden deutlich aufwerten - immerhin lebt die Gastronomie von der Zufriedenheit der zahlenden Gäste. Beispielsweise sollten Gäste ohne Reservierung genauso willkommen sein wie welche mit und nicht schon mit dem ersten Satz des Personals schon das Gefühl vermittelt bekommen, dass sie unbequem sind, obwohl letztlich den ganzen Abend zig Plätze frei bleiben. "in general: in the “Q1 metropolitan kitchen bar” expect a “most popular dishes from the trendy new yorker town parts little italy and Soho”. “The offer is rounded off by the best prime beef steaks from the lavasteingrill.” now I don’t count to those who follow trends and read the reading of the q1 with an “Aha” schnarch and no “Oha” inspiring. But for a once again pleasing evening with good friends and the claim to find a restaurant beyond grieche, italian co., I stayed hanging after more thorough research at q1. interieur, map and interieur. after the visit I can add that the service and the atmosphere are also appealing. a complete address for the brewer's inner city and well suited for a classic "going out", the q1 is also waiting with a bar service that can prepare or complete the culinary process. the price level is raised but not yet lifted. a fuffi should be put in per head if you want to stay a little longer in q1 and are to be starved and thirst properly defeated.
