"This is a very pricey restaurant with main courses on average 35 CHF. For that, you’d hope for something special. However, service was very slow, and the staff were much more interested in serving a large conference party of business men. The food was meh....My dining partner had a burger which they said was good but not out of this world. I had a veal stew with olive oil mashed potatoes and braised leeks looked great on the menu, but tasted like school dinner stew, the potatoes were lumpy and the leeks overdone."

We came to Charmey for the Bain de Greuyer and this was a perfect addition to the day's program! Excellent friendly service, swiss quality of meal, beautiful view behind the window, it jut couldn't get any better!

We went a group of hikers, sat outside on the terrace- excellent 3 course menu for 36 Frs. Waitress extremely efficient and friendly, managed to get us all what we wanted without writing anything down! Must return.

The hotel Cailler and its natural spring baths are fantastic. The food was the highlight of the stay. The steak tartare is outstanding and the selection of wine perfect any dinner. Ample breakfast and spot on lunch menus made the stay fruitful both professionally and...personally.

we had an organized dinner with a large group of friends. a enjoyed from aperitif to coffee all night. the dishes where light, with very fresh ingredients from the region of the gruyère. not big quantities, but enough to get you off. to enjoy the 7 directed. the desert with chocolate was a dream. the service was also perfect.
