"This is a very small restaurant located quite far away from the main harbour. Staff were friendly and food was okay, but definitely overpriced. My partner and I were very keen to visit this restaurant after reading some amazing reviews, however, we were disappointed when we arrived. The restaurant’s website claims it to be the most romantic restaurant in Italy and 6th most romantic in the world, however this is a bit of a stretch. The restaurant is very small, accommodating only around 6 tables in total, 5 of which had a sea view. Since we visited for dinner, we couldn’t appreciate the views very much as it was dark outside, but I imagine it to be lovely during the day. The food was pretty good, my partner ordered the lasagne and I had the shrimps (I thought I was ordering prawns as stated on the menu, but I was presented with shrimps). The lasagne was very good, but I was far from delighted with my seafood as it wasn’t as was described on the menu and was simply overpriced. Albeit, I thoroughly enjoyed the tiramisu, and ended up getting another! The website asks for a €40pp deposit when making a reservation, which can be reached rather comfortably, however this restaurant is not ‘high end’ enough to demand such high deposits. There are plenty of other restaurants in Amalfi serving cheaper food, in more convenient locations with no deposit requirement. Overall, I didn’t have a terrible experience, but it did not live up to the standards I was expecting after reading so many raving reviews about it. It essentially felt like I was sat in someone’s living room that had been rearranged to look like a restaurant with average food and cheap table/chairs etc, making this experience far from ‘the most romantic dinner’."

"Ristorante con bella location e vista, camerieri per la maggior parte simpatici e capaci. Cibo ottimo e piatti ricercati che gli farebbero meritare le 5 stelle, ma purtroppo non posso metterle per due motivi: 1. il foglio di menu che viene dato all'inizio non presenta tutti gli ingredienti presenti nei piatti e quindi gli allergeni presenti. Ho dovuto mandare indietro un piatto perché mi è arrivato con l'aggiunta di una decorazione con un ingrediente non specificato nel menù a cui sono allergica. 2. Quando ho fatto notare la cosa al cameriere addetto alle comande mi ha 'suggerito' di dire prima le proprie allergie in modo non proprio gentilissimo, dopo che gli ho fatto notare che nel menu non c'era scritto quel dato ingrediente. Nel 2021 non è ammesso che non siano scritti in modo chiaro tutti gli ingredienti e gli allergeni. Quindi se siete allergici a qualcosa state attenti. In aggiunta i prezzi sono un pelo più alti rispetto alla media della costiera."

"Bellissimo ristorante a Praiano, sulla Costiera Amalfitana. Dopo aver salito delle scalinate molto suggestive, ci siamo trovati sulla terrazza con una vista fantastica di tutta la costa, davvero bellissima al tramonto! Abbiamo provato l'antipasto dello chef e la cagliata di cozze, entrambi davvero speciali: pesce fresco di ottima qualità, cucinato in modo eccellente. Poi abbiamo assaggiato calamari e polipo con patate e il pescato del giorno, tradizionale primo piatto del posto, che era davvero buono e morbido, mentre il pesce del giorno era così delizioso e saporito che l'abbiamo finito prima di poter scattare una foto! Per concludere la serata, abbiamo assaggiato una fetta di anguria con arancia e lamponi. Davvero un ottimo ristorante, soprattutto considerando che il prezzo è molto onesto!"

"Ristorante situato in una piccola piazza di Amalfi adiacente alla piazza del duomo. Personale cortese, disponibile e attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Materie prime di assoluta qualità, quelle a base di pesce meritano una menzione particolare per la bontà e la qualità del prodotto offerto. La carta dei vini è eccellente con prodotti di alta qualità. Prezzo adeguato alla qualità delle materie prime, alla qualità dei piatti e alla posizione."
