"So, I'm gonna try to stay objective! side quality of the kitchen nothing has to say on the other side room there is a lot of work to do before arriving as a professional! I would even say it's an inexcusable mistake!We had booked a table for 5 people for 8:30 pm, disappointment (at the hour) we noticed that the table wasn't ready, so we can understand it again. we sit down and a "server" pick up the aperitif command: 8:45. Our aperitives are served (the bartender should be told not to serve the ice in the glasses by taking them with the fingers!) and after waiting and claimed for someone to take our order, a "server" finally arrives to take our order at 22:00. After trying for more than 10 minutes to make the waitress work on its touch pavement, it finally takes another one that doesn't work better. She's absent and come back 5 minutes later to list our order that was unfortunately false. After fighting for several minutes with the waitress we finally came to order. So we take for some of the entrances and dishes for other live dishes. we signal well to the waitress that we want the inputs and live dishes at the same time so that we can eat all together. Unfortunately we were served the entrances and dishes of people who eat the entrances but not the direct dishes as we had asked!! all of this at 22:45 with apology "it's not me, if it's not okay you have that to claim, I normally do not serve in this room" !!!! how do the service layouts are because of customers? We couldn't eat all together because the dishes came in disorder. We asked to see a person in charge but no one came. what we deplore is not time waiting (which was long anyway) but the attitude of the people in the room who at no time have come to apologize or see if we wanted something!! We never had the same person during the meal, while the waitress who had started with us, had told us that she would take care of us for the evening. "to apologize" for waiting our aperitives were offered to us, correct gesture but we would have preferred someone to come to us and either explain the problem or tell us that he would do the necessary to improve quality on service at our table. short a successful evening because we were with friends and we didn't want to "take the tick" so it's because of the execrable service that I put the note "moyen" because the dishes sent by the kitchen were good. It would be nice to see the organization of the service and to have a room manager (if there was one we didn’t even see it after asked) in order to manage the service so that each person knows what it has to do what was not at all at the time of our evening. So I put the "medium" mark to stay objective!"
