I received the Glamour suite: hair in the balneo bath (or I was told jaccuzzi), coffee cups that stick to the sub-bass in the mini bar, spider canvas under the stairs, a strong tobacco smell that we tried to mask with the smell of disinfectant products. ... When I make my reservation, my wife has severe allergies to essential oils: the only samples of care present are essential oils. I shouldn't say he's on the reservation file. I don't recommend it."

Very good living room Very comfortable and very clean little more the small living room and bathroom on the ground floor very quiet. ideal place to relax. sauna, steam bath and swimming pool are good enough despite some minor maintenance problems (door of the sauna that rubs, shower in front of the steam bath that does not flow correctly and door of the hammam replaced by a temporary door). otherwise the pool is very pleasant, at good temperature. We highly recommend this SPA hotel. Our stay went well. Welcome the hostess is of exceptional kindness (especially large lady, long hair glasses and responsible), the exceptional restaurant delicious bravo to the new chef, the genius massage, le.sauna, hammam and swimming pool at the top and very clean, it smells very good when you return. Come for half a spa day at 2 (smartbox), we were delighted with the reception, the beautiful setting and the pool. However, the 2 negative points are the people who take pictures constantly (of 10 couples present 5 have taken long in photos hitting the access to the pool, plus the right to the image is not respected especially in a place in bathing suit) And from 6 couples it becomes less nice (we were 18) because the sauna /hammam is complete Apart from this it is a good experience very delightful by my decoration, we recommend.
