"all staff is very pleasant. very clean rooms. very good bedding, however, too much carpet (bedrooms and corridors). location impecc to visit carcassonne and surroundings. heated pool. redhibitory point: we had reserved a family room that was under the roofs in what seems to be a continuation of the main building, and our window was facing. walls in quinconce!! for one night still passes but we were there for nights. we told them of our surprise as to the view' in the price of the room, but no commercial gesture on the bill. Too bad."
