We took the brunch formula. The sweet buffet was great! crêpes, apple pie, chocolate mousse, pastries, etc., on the other hand, were disappointed with the salt: "salmon gravlax": we had a slice of smoked salmon, vegetable lasagna was not very good, the tt a bit warm/cold.
