we were allowed to enjoy an impressive evening. from the atmospheric apero in the former factory hall to the sweet conclusion we enjoyed a very good night dinner. also the wee recommendation (white from st. saphorin, red from the underwallis) has been very good for eating.

The dishes are true works of art. You have the choice between the brasserie restaurant section, each of which has its own food menu. The Chef 's mastery is still as significant and remarkable. A perfect poultry cooking, a delicious wild turbot too. The sweet treats and desserts are also made with care, and we are always delighted when the Chef comes to say hello at the table with his smile and good humor.
