"This year I went there for hunting, the sliced and medallion venison are delicious, the meat is excellent quality and the sauces are tasty, with subtle and interesting aromas. The accompaniment is generous, the röstis crispy, and there is a good variety of traditional little things: chestnuts, pear, cabbage, etc. The tagliata is incredibly tender, you could cut it with a fork!
