"struggled to find decent vegan/vegetarian food while here. totally understandable in many ways but this place is utterly brilliant. top top quality food, regardless that it's vegetarian/vegan. the depth of flavours were incredible as was the attention to detail with each dish and the fresh simplicity. they say there's no bad food in sicily just lots of it can be mediocre. there's no denying that there isn't an abundance of choice with almost every restaurant offering up a slight variation on a near standard menu. It's like they don't need to try to be different because of footfall but also the amount of tourists. this place was hands down the best place I ate the entire trip. coming from London where vegan food is in abundance these days and top quality this was on par with that and in many ways better. Had the fennel and clementine salad and arincini to start perfect mains carbonara and the buisate utterly wonderful. service was top. prices very reasonable. enjoy!"

Delicious food, refined and well looked after. The veg carbonara looked like a traditional carbonara, the arancini were amazing. Very high quality and very honest price. Fidatevi, non è necessario essere vegani o vegetariani per apprezzare la bontà dei piatti dell'osteria, perché qualsiasi cosa assaggiate vi sorprenderà per la delicatezza e la genuinità dei sapori, tanto da farvi dimenticare le proteine animali. Congratulazioni a tutti: al personale, a Debora e al super chef Marco. L'osteria rimarrà aperta fino a metà settembre, quindi vi consiglio di prenotare il prima possibile. Servizio: Pranzo in loco.

Ero così fortunato da GODERE della cucina VEGANA della @locandadeipoetitrapani. Cibo sano e fresco che non avevo mai mangiato COSÌ BUONO. Evidentemente preparato con AMORE per il prodotto, il territorio e le persone. Il personale ci ha accolti e coccolati come se fossimo parte della famiglia, ma con la professionalità di un'azienda etica ben gestita. Ringrazio @deborahalagna, l'incredibile chef Marco e la dolce ed efficiente Melina per la meravigliosa esperienza. DA RIPETERE E CONSIGLIARE!
