a recommended site. I got especially the hunt and dessert. If it were a little cheaper it would be perfect.

good food, attention, better. the very rich deer, and the beans with the hunt also, the stuffed pepper somewhat looser.

excellent food and the treatment of wonderful staff. dishes are great rations and the price is good. I recommend it for lunch or dinner. the rice of bread is exquisite and nothing to say about cod and desserts. We were impressed by the highly recommended strawberry soup dessert.

The whole area is really nice. There are many small villages around worth to pay a visit. If you happen to be there at lunchtime, you can either eat at the restaurant and choose a variety of local cuisine or eat at the bar something more on the go such as hamburgers, pizza or regular sandwiches. Really nice staff too.

We have been eating with the family several times and even in days with many people have served us wonderfully.The food is excellent and of the highest quality. octopus the best of the area and the attention of the joao waiter and the team. with the children have also been especially kind. We will definitely come back.

Despite being a party and not having a reservation, and arriving at 15.30h to the restaurant, they had the detail of giving us a table with a smile and without a bad face. We took a marvellous tomato ventresca, habas with stunning boar and a salmon with lobsters and riquiiiiisimo clams! price more than affordable. we will return whenever we are around the area!

I have been eating really excellent food here for a dozen years now. It is always splendid. This time, we splashed out and had assorted cold meats and cheeses, lobster with rice, desserts and coffee. I think we got an entire lobster with our main course for two, but the total cost, with decent local wine, cost us 55 Euro for 2 persons, a bargain indeed. It is well worth the 50 mile round trip from where we stay in portugal just to eat here.

Very good food. the site is not exactly cheap. I don't know if it will always be like this, but in high season it is convenient to book even several days in advance. precisely, as it is overwhelmed, attention is not bad but it could be better (you see it rushed, you brought us the bread when we had already finished one of the incomings, etc.).Eye! the hunt is very good, but the cinematic menu only has it on order. We were very upset not to know.

We have eaten here more or less annually over the past decade when visiting the area. Now we make a bee line to the Lusitano whenever we can. The food is always excellent wonderful meat and fish and very well priced. Decent wine too. We have never been disappointed here and intend to visit again next week whilst we are visiting Northern Portugal. I would recommend a considerable detour to eat here. The restaurant is always full of locals obviously enjoying their lunch it pays to get there early by Spanish standards, before about 2 p.m.
