Marco Pierre White Steakhouse, Grill Lincoln

We will not be returning to this restaurant. The fillet steak was tough and unappetizing. The manager was discourteous. We plan on sending an email once we return home.

I can only say that the Sunday roast at this restaurant was exceptional. The table service was amazing as well. If you are looking for a place to eat in Lincoln, look no further.

We always enjoy coming here. Food always good value for money, lovely environment and the staff are always friendly. The macaroni cheese was excellent as was the fillet steak. Puddings were really good especially the crumble and sticky toffee pudding. Visualizza piatti

A very nice Prosecco afternoon tea. I really cannot complain as the price I paid on Groupon was well worth it. Any coffee you wanted and could have had more, good selection of sandwiches and treats. The service was very good from the young man running the bar and bringing out the afternoon teas. It was a little chilly in the Electric Bar but it was a nice atmosphere.

I ordered a medium-rare steak that arrived cold. Despite our reservation for 7:30, we waited over 15 minutes just to order a bottle of wine. I was dining with work colleagues who had already finished their meals by the time I received my entree. While I appreciated the meal being compensated for the inconvenience, I was still left unsatisfied and will not be returning.

The starters and service were ok but the main courses were poor and especially for the price. I had the fillet steak (medium rare) and garlic prawns. The fillet was like jelly in the middle, not cooked at all and the prawns were overcooked and mushy. We didn’t get charged for my main but it was so disappointing as we in Lincoln for our son’s graduation. Needless to say, we didn’t stay for a dessert. We won’t be rushing back. Visualizza piatti

We were brought a voucher as a present and was looking forward to Afternoon Tea. Was a very disappointing offer served to us! The sandwiches were shocking, literally a thin slice of ham in one, another was beef again you could barely taste any filling, same with the salmon and then cucumber sandwich, if there was any sauce or cream cheese accompanying the meat/fish it was undetectable! No other savoury option. The carrot cake was very dry. The scone was ok, the best part was the tiny macaroon! Very glad we didn’t pay for this!

The afternoon tea was brilliant. There was a good mix of sweet and savoury. The staff were accommodating and allowed for one person at our table to order off the normal lunch menu instead of an afternoon tea. They were very considerate and brought out the food all at the same time even despite the two different orders. We had a guest who could not come due to being poorly. We were still given their food to take home free of charge which was very kind. However, when it came to paying the bill, we struggled to find a staff member to help us with this.

We visited Marco Pierre restaurant as a family of 13 for my niece’s 21st birthday. What should have been magical afternoon turned into 3 hours of frustration and boredom, waiting SO LONG for starters, main course and desserts to arrive. Our starters took nearly 90 mins to arrive, main meal over 2 hours, and dessert was 2 hours 50 mins. So much so we had to extend our parking thank god for parking apps! Food was nothing fantastic.
