Masala Junction - Menu

I recently tried the goat curry from this restaurant and was blown away by how delicious it was! I will definitely be ordering it again.

I loved eating at mj. the vegan options were delicious and interesting (not their standard Indian restaurant options), and there were enough of them.

My son and his, now wife, had their wedding reception here on Saturday and it was excellent. The decor and the tables were beautiful. The service was top notch and all of the food was delicious. I'd like to express our thanks for a wonderful experience!

beautiful interior design, but bad overpriced eating. slow service and bathroom in the upper floor without sufficient lighting. the food is well presented, but there was no gracious that the sweet was frozen as they were watery. we look forward to opening the tipu sultan soon near.

the menu is fantastic. quantities of vegetarian and vegan options. we have tried to find a good Indian since we become vegan and now we have found it! the service was brilliant and they put a note on our order regarding our veganism without demand. can not recommend this place enough for with vegan in nottingham

This was our first time visiting this restaurant and we are from out of town (Birmingham). Our area is known for its curry restaurants, but I have to say that the lamb I had here was the best I have ever eaten. We highly recommend this place. The food was fantastic and if we ever find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely be returning here. Fantastic!

Easily the best in Nottingham we’ve been around 8 times now, as groups of 2 10 and the food has been just as good despite the larger tables to service. Also just as good mid week or a busy Saturday. Depth of flavour and presentation are superb. Interior great as often you compromise on interior for a more authentic Indian flavour. Yes, a bit more expensive than your average, but a) we’ve wasted much more money on less and b) it’s still the same price as a good quality pub meal. Booked this evening to introduce another friend!

I was selected here for a family meal, so a meal in advance and the restaurant informed, asking if they could make a vegan version of my old zugericht (dahl makhani). at the arrival, not only had they made me this dish, but they informed me that they recently introduced a fully vegan menu that had a great choice of vegans to start, netzen and side. they also now have vegan chocolate cake and ice as dessert option. everything I had was excellent; especially the soy-chema and carrot and beetroot cuts. I paid $60 for biriyani which was good, a fish main dish that was a bit watery, rice, and $6 for 2 prawns. The portions were not very big and nothing special for the price. For better value, I recommend trying Indigo or Desi instead. I was expecting something exceptional for the price but was disappointed. I could have spent half the amount and had a more enjoyable meal elsewhere. If you're looking for something special, I suggest going somewhere else. I meant to say pounds, not dollars. I ordered on May 25th. It is true that you don't offer a prawn dish for 6 pounds, as I paid 12 pounds for lahshuni prawns and only received 2 overcooked prawns.
