Great burgers. I went for a quadruple patty and four layers of cheese. It’s a little loud inside because there is a bowling alley but overall the service is great and the burgers are delicious. Order the chili fries and get some fried pickles.

This is a wonderful spot for gatherings with friends and family, or for a fun team outing. While the food and drinks are average, the friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere, and enjoyable vibe make it a great choice. It's also conveniently accessible from Queensway or Bayswater.

I had an amazing burger experience! I opted for the quadruple patty with four layers of cheese, and it was fantastic. the burgers were absolutely delicious! 100% will visit again (although I expected the burgers to be a bit bigger) nevertheless, a good place to chill. the music was a bit too loud, so I really had to talk so that my friends could hear me when I speak. other than that, had a good time there. they could also make a better dessert menu.

A place our son wanted to visit. We went for a meal but couldn't get a slot for either the ice skating or 10 pin bowling. Anyway, I ordered the spicy burger with 2 side, which was a mistake as there was soo much food that I couldn't finish. The burger was lovely, juicy and flavourful, coleslaw crunchy and hash browns filling. Again, a bit pricey, but this is Central London, so is to be expected. Nice!

The food was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced, plus it’s dog-friendly, which is a nice touch! However, the music was quite loud. It was fine in the bar area, but not ideal for dining as a group. It was also difficult to distinguish between staff and other patrons, making it hard to get their attention over the music. The young servers who assisted us were great, but it’s not their fault that the volume made communication challenging!

Additionally, there was an "optional" £2 added to the bill: £1 for service and another £1 for some kind of donation. If it's truly optional, we should have the choice to decide whether we want to contribute or not. The waiter merely pointed to the payment machine without allowing me to see the total amount. When I inquired about the extra charge, the waiter seemed annoyed and had little patience. I definitely won't be returning to this branch on Queensway!

The food was delicious and met the usual high standards. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. We visited on Tuesday and had significant concerns about the attitude and demeanor of the front-of-house staff. There was a noticeable lack of friendliness, and we had to place additional drink orders at the bar. When the first round of pints arrived, they were disappointingly a full finger-width short for a £6 pint. The server was also unaware of the house beers available and didn't seem to care.

Absolutely Terrible Experience. The lighting was nearly nonexistent, with only a few faint red lights providing illumination. I had to order via the app since the menus were impossible to read in such poor lighting. Unfortunately, the app automatically added a mandatory service charge, which feels almost criminal given the level of service we received: short, rude, and completely inattentive. The waitstaff never checked on us during our meal, and when we tried to discuss our awful experience, they completely ignored us. The food was served in a careless manner, almost thrown at us.
